   <description>We are a growing software company in Eastpointe, Michigan with offices in Georgia and Ohio and are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented professional to fulfill the role of administrative assistant.   The primary responsibility of this position is to provide professional support to our senior level managers.  The candidate must have at least 3 years of executive administrative experience supporting senior level managers and must be able to work in a fast paced environment and have an extremely positive attitude.  An Associates degree and experience working in a service focused non-automotive industry is required. 

Salary/Pay Rate: based on experience

About the Job

In this role, the Administrative Assistant will perform a core set of administrative tasks including phone screening, scheduling, filing, preparation of expense reports, events management and meeting assistance.  They will work closely with various managers to facilitate the organization, effectiveness and efficiency of key functions in the assigned areas.

Our Sales Executive’s are responsible for working with Account Teams, Business Development executives and practice areas in driving the capture effort from validation through win. Lead opportunity qualification, especially with respect to risk assessment; Creates and leads multidisciplinary solution teams to develop complex solutions for specific customer opportunities; Maintains and coordinates an effective partnership with customers through senior executive contacts and with those who influence the decision-makers; Maintains alignment with customers business strategy, drivers, and goals; Leads the development and refinement of the financial analysis that demonstrates the compelling financial rational for customers and the profitability goals of our products over the lifetime of the deal; Leads team to a solution that will enhance the customers competitive advantage; Leads the development of deliverables, such as proposals and customer presentations; Plays the key role in negotiations with the customer; Ensures that the deal is closed; Provides leadership in the transition to delivery. 

Required: leadership, strong business acumen, consultative selling, complex solutioning, creative, articulate. Large, complex proposal delivery; price-to-win experience; business volume and technical proposal experience

Nice to Have: Prior Sandler sales training and prior experience with web based software solutions.
